2. Personal Data Processed

While using the Service, personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, business/tax number, address, payment transaction details, and service usage logs are processed. Your livestock records (ear tag/RFID number, breed, weight, health history, etc.) are not personal data in themselves, but are subject to confidentiality principles to the extent they can be linked to your business identity.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing the Service, managing your account, carrying out billing and payment transactions, providing customer support, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving service quality.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including where processing is "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "necessary for compliance with a legal obligation", and "legitimate interest".

5. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, to a limited extent necessary for providing the Service and fulfilling legal obligations, with payment infrastructure providers, hosting/server providers, and legally authorized public authorities. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing, taking into account statutory limitation periods (tax, commercial law, etc.); upon expiry it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about such processing, to learn its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK, to object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively through automated systems, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

The Service uses essential cookies for session management and to remember your preferences. Separate consent is obtained for non-essential cookies.
